Here are the results. It was very close. The result was 8-2 but we lost a number of jurors by only a few points and one juror was a tie. If you add up the points the scores was 967-929. That number doesn't mean anything to the competition but it shows how close it was. I've included a PDF of the ballots below.
Everyone should be very proud of their performance, I know I am. Now lets focus on preparing for the trial next week so we can beat Central York!!!!

For both trials I will be attempting to have you excused from 11th and 12th periods. Please pay attention to announcements for confirmation. On Tuesday you will need to pick up a permission slip from me. You are also responsible for providing your own transporation. In the past students have car pooled. If you are having difficulties please let me know.
Trial #1 Defense
We will depart the school slightly before 4pm. The courthouse is located at 45 N. George Street, York, PA.

Parking is available on the street (metered) or in the parking garage west on Philadelphia Street. The trial will last approximately an hour and a half. Parents and friends are welcome.
Trial #2 Prosecution
We will depart school at approximately 3pm and meet at the Stock and Leader law offices at 221 W. Philadelphia Street.
Parking is available behind the building. We will eat and practice, then walk as a group to the courthouse. The trial begins at 5:15pm and will last approximately and hour and a half.

Please watch the segments of the video in which you participated. Please note what worked especially well and work that into your matierals if it is not already present. Also, note areas that did not work the way that you hoped. Either fix it or explain how you plan to fix it. This will be check on Thursday.
